Located in Falkirk this specialist provider of water treatment equipment for emergency relief, disaster situations rural and peri-rural communities, construction camps and any other applications where stand alone water treatment is required quickly water for irrigation, industrial applications or clean drinking water. Due to a serious of pending contracts with a Global operation that have a presence across the world in a range of numerous environmental, geographic and political situations, a M&E Project Engineer is currently required to oversee the delivery of these contracts and commission numerous projects.
Working in a small personal environment, you will be working alongside the Managing Director of the company and be responsible for:
Commissioning of Projects across numerous international sites.
Perform project management, site agent, M&E and commissioning duties for the installation of the treatment systems.
Perform Business Development roles and promote the business and its supporting causes.
Perform Hazard assessment reports
Manage and organise sub contractors on site.
Organise delivery of materials on site for sub contractors to commission the treatment systems.
Any experience in the following skill sets:
· GAC (Granulated Activated Carbon)
· Chemical Dosing pumps:
· Reverse Osmosis:
· Gas Transfer Membrane:
· Electrodionisation
· IX Resins:
· Hanovia UV:
· In Line sodium & silica monitors:
· Anatel TOC Analyser.
· PLC / SCADA:
· Panametrics:
· Thortons:
· Water Pumps:.
· GE Mobile DI Trailers:
· Electrical Panels
To be successful in this role you will need to show the following:
A relevant engineering degree Mech/Elec/Chem
Experience in commissioning Portable Clean and Waste water treatment systems.
Calculation of flow rate to accommodate Processing needs.
Sub contractor management
Procurement / Tendering
Documenting M&E manuals
Processing engineering experience: Water/Effluent/Distillery/Industrial
Detailed knowledge of pumping systems
Previous engineering management experience
Working in small teams or unsupervised in a high-pressure environment working with engineers that come from different nationalities across a wide range of environments.
