Hudson is currently recruiting for a Production Electrician to join a well known drinks company. Working Monday to Friday on a rotating 3 shift pattern (1 week of each shift pattern), you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of electrical tasks on the production line working closely with the line teams and being supported by mechanical engineers to improve the overall line reliability and performance. Prompt response to plant emergency and breakdown situations is essential, as well as maintenance and repair (planned) and proactive development of effective working practices. It is essential for this role that you are a time served electrician ideally with a relevant HNC qualification with similar experience within a bottling or high speed environment. 16th or 17th Edition is essential for this role and it would be beneficial if you have hands on experience of working with PLC's.
