This is an exciting role where you will lead a team who are part of the client services function for the customer base. This department provides a range of services to a diverse client base and ensure that all communications and reporting demands are met.
We are looking for an experienced Manager who can demonstrate very strong man-management skills where you have experience in the following:
- Managing up to 12 individuals
- Performance management
- Appraisals
- Succession planning
- Personal development plans
- Quality assurance
- Implement productivity measures
- Process enhancements
- Coaching & training
The successful candidate will be a leader with excellent numerical and analytical skills. You will have a positive, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail. Communication and interpersonal skills are also key for this role.
