Assistant Bistro manager

Due to extensive growth and redevelopment our client, a well respected, luxury 4 Star Hotel require an assistant bistro manager. 

This role is due to a internal promotion.

The role-

• Assisting in the running of a busy 50 seat bistro and bar
• supervising and developing staff members to the managers specific requirements
• assisting in all rotas and staff organisation
• dealing with all front of house duties including customer relations and problems
• liaising successfully with the kitchen to ensure quality targets are met and exceeded.
• assisting with the stock monitoring and ordering for the bistro

The candidate-

• Someone idelly with a passion for food and beverage
• must have excellent supervisory or management skills
• first class proven communication skills
• experience in high end food service environment with a excellent attention to detail 
• Delivering first class hospitality to guests

Hours-

• Working 7 days out of 5. A combination of spilt and straight shifts over all days.
