Daily Duties will include:
•To arrange travel requirements and multiple diaries for senior staff
•Updating the company website
•Take meeting minutes and ensure they are communicated throughout
•Co-ordinate and arrange events and board meetings
•Gather date and compile reports
•Dealing with queries effectively from internal and external sources
•Provide administration support in electronic and paper format
The ideal candidate will have:
•Previous experience working in a similar environment
•Experience of coordinating multiple diaries
•Experience with working to tight deadlines
•Self motivation and the drive to achieve targets
•Experience in multi tasking with various projects
•Advanced IT Skills (Excel and word processing)
•A qualification in administration would be advantageous
This is a fixed term post until July 2009.
