Our client is a large financial organisation who are currently recruiting for customer focused individuals to work within their busy contact centre. Your role as a Telephone Banking Advisor will be to handle incoming calls from customers regarding their bank accounts.
Responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls from existing customers
- Promoting company products and services
- Processing transactions for customers
- Ensuring a high level of service is provided
Experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience providing a high level of service

Hours of work
35 hours per week working shifts between 8am - 9pm ( 5 days out of 7 days)
