Job profile –
Our clients are currently going through a remodelling project to become very much more commercially focused without compromising the core activity and service of the business. Our clients are service driven organisation and are looking to streamline the executive support and administration processes in line with the organisational remodelling.
Our clients are looking to resource an experienced Executive Assistant with a high level of commercial awareness and business acumen coupled with excellent PA skills and superb interpersonal skills.
Your role will be to provide PA support to the executive team, manage work-flow, liaise with other teams on business issues, take ownership on various tasks, make decisions in absence of executive team and generally assist in the smooth operation of the business.
Experience & Qualifications –
Core Skills:
Board Experience
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Line Management essential (you will be overseeing a team of 8)
Experience in Work Flow Planning
Excellent ICT skills ( wpm, shorthand (ideally), spreadsheets, presentations, document management and use of the internet)
Excellent organisation and administration skills
Excellent telephone and communication skills
Attention to detail (accuracy of writing and data entry)
Excellent interpersonal skills – including reception, meeting and greeting skills
Excellent minute taking skills
Knowledge:
Higher pass in English
Qualification in administration or secretarial studies
Experience and ability to operate a range of office equipment and machinery
Experience of audio typing essential
Experience of shorthand advantageous
