Reprographics/Mail Operator required for our client who are based in Glasgow. You will provide support for Reprographics, Mail and Office Services (general administration and maintenance).

Key duties include:
- Prioritising work from clients
- Ensure work being carried out to client specification
- Ensure paper stocks are adequate
- Mail duties
- Arranging audio visual equipment
- Collating information
- Operate MS Office applications

This is a busy role so we are looking for someone who can work under pressure, meet deadlines and be part of a team.
