PRG Support Team are a seeking a professional and very polished PA to assist their clients Chief Executive within their Head Office based in the City Centre.
You will be responsible for providing a professional PA service to the Chief Executive and on occasions the companies Managing Director to carry our research and prepare

PowerPoint presentations in addition to the general PA responsibilities including:



- Manage, co-ordinate and update the CEO calendar

- Co-ordinate, arrange and book travel and accommodation

- Word process correspondence to a high standard

- Audio type as required

- Carry out research and prepare briefings as required

- Take phones calls and deal with accordingly

- Maintain appropriate filing systems

- Open, sort and manage incoming post

- Other relevant responsibilities as they arise

- There is also a view to manage a PA and a Receptionist within this role

- You must have excellent grammar with the ability to professionally present yourself at all times

- Have at least 4 years of PA experience

- Enjoy using your initiative

- Be an experienced user of MS PowerPoint

- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

- Ability to work with various people and personalities

- Very business focused and driven
