Cirrus Recruitment is actively looking for a highly experienced Administrator for an exciting position within Marketing/Media in Glasgow.

 

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a very prestigious company with offices in Glasgow and London.

 

Duties:

  • Dealing with national publications
  • Cleansing Database
  • Sourcing leads for Sales Executives
  • Assisting Office Manager
  • Liaising with representatives from various publications – local and national
  • Invoicing
  • Administration and filing
  • Sales support

 

Skills/Qualities:

  • Office admin experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of competency in Word, excel, PowerPoint and database packages

 

In return, my client offers a salary of £16,000; excellent working hours Mon – Fri 9-5.30, 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
