This is an excellent opportunity to work within a very prestigious company with offices in Glasgow and London.
Duties:
- Dealing with national publications
- Cleansing Database
- Sourcing leads for Sales Executives
- Assisting Office Manager
- Liaising with representatives from various publications – local and national
- Invoicing
- Administration and filing
- Sales support
Skills/Qualities:
- Office admin experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of competency in Word, excel, PowerPoint and database packages
In return, my client offers a salary of £16,000; excellent working hours Mon – Fri 9-5.30, 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
