Our client is a prestigious outfit based in Edinburgh city centre and who have offices worldwide.
The primary task of the role is to meet and welcome clients who visit the office. You will deal with a telephone switchboard and call route to the relevant departments. Other tasks will be to ensure the reception areas and meeting rooms are presentable and that standards are met at all times.
The successful candidate for this role will have previous switchboard / reception experience ideally in a front facing role. An excellent telephone manner with a flexible approach is essential. Good communication and interpersonal skills are key while possessing the ability to multi task and prioritise.
Temporary position £7.00 per hour.
