Our Youthbuild Project enables young people aged 16-24 from the most disadvantaged communities to turn their lives around and gain very real opportunities to enter the construction industry, and the world of work as a whole. It’s a vital, exciting initiative  and we need caring, skilled people to join us and drive the continuing success of Youthbuild. You’ll provide effective day-to-day support for the young people on the Youthbuild programme, addressing the barriers and challenges restricting them from accessing opportunities within the labour market.

Able to build relationships with young people, you’ll bring relevant experience in a similar setting and can work with the Youthbuild team in the delivery and design of service plans. You’ll also bring a knowledge of the local external service provision which young people can access to address the challenges they face in reaching their full potential.
