Finance Director

Mackenzie Hall operates in the outsourced services sector, with the head office in Kilmarnock and further operations in Blackburn. Our fast-growing entrepreneurial company seeks a finance director to assist the company in the next phase of its development.

Role

• Responsible for the completion of the company’s accounting records
• Ensuring robust financial management, reporting and controls producing high quality management information
• Sales and purchase ledger management
• Provide business analysis, financial forecasts and budgets
• Leadership and responsibility for cash flow management
• Develop operational management information reporting
• Act as a ‘sounding board’ for the CEO to maximise business performance and ensure delivery of business strategy

The successful candidate will be a member of Mackenzie Halls senior management team and will be expected to play an influential role in the formation of strategy, corporate decision and policy setting.

Candidate

A well rounded professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), with significant post-qualification experience ideally within a family/small business environment. Self-starter attributes are essential.
