The post-holder will be responsible for the development and line management of an HR Advisor who provides day to day support to the business. The HR Manager will provide a comprehensive range of HR services to the business and will work with key stakeholders at all levels. This role will include organisation development, change management, workforce development, interpretation of employment legislation, development of policies and procedures, employee relations and coaching of managers on best practice on handling ER issues.
The successful applicant will join the existing team and will be expected to make an immediate contribution, this is an organisation which prides itself on delivering high standards of HR to all stakeholders within the business and therefore are looking for an experienced HR professional with public sector exposure to join this team and help deliver a first class HR service.
This is a permanent position, the successful candidate will deliver a HR service to a designated work group dealing with operational HR issues providing guidance and support to all parties concerned.
Applicants will be CIPD qualified and will have considerable generalist HR expertise. With excellent interpersonal, influencing and facilitation skills you will be able to successfully manage complex employee relations matters.
