An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a General Manager at a leading Letting Estate agents in Glasgow.
Role description
As a General Manager you will be accountable for all aspects of the operational performance of one of our clients busiest offices in Scotland. You will have a team of between 8 and 10 and will be able to lead and develop them on a daily basis. You will have exposure within the letting industry. As a General Manager Results will be Key. You will display a great commercial understanding of the industry and be aware of the need for service levels to be high.

You will pay great attention to detail and be organised in your approach to running your office. You will be able to work in a structured environment where there really is a winning mentality. You will want to extend your own career beyond that of a GM.
Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a salary of up to £35K as well as excellent benefits.
