Maintenance Electrician Ayrshire North   £27,700(inc shift premium) + overtime

Excellent opportunity exists for time served maintenance electricians with experience of heavy plant/Machinery to join Major Business Group at their North Ayrshire site.

Duties will include - Maintenance on heavy plant and equipment. Report to the Planner Co-ordinator any defects with all plant, and to maximise productivity in reducing plant operating time. Completion of job cards, raising enquiries/requisitions, and inputting data on computerised maintenance system. General housekeeping duties, and working to BS:EN:ISO 9001:2000 procedures. 

Applicants should be Time served apprentice with an HNC/HND or equivalent in Electrical Engineering. Have previous experience in working with heavy plant in a maintenance environment. Experience with conveyor systems would be advantageous. Must be able to work unsupervised and at heights.  

Applicants must be Flexible as shift patterns and overtime will apply.

Shift patterns will be: 42 hours per week over a 4 week period worked on a 12 hour rotating shift basis, 6 till 6 (4days on, 4 off. 4 nights on, 4 off).

There s plenty of opportunity for overtime

Holidays are 30 days plus 4 public holidays.
