My client is a luxury resort on the west coast of Scotland, with an enviable reputation of providing the highest quality of standards to all their guest, is seeking a professional Food & Beverage Manager.  The food & beverage department has a large impact on the business so the successful manager will be responsible for a high turnover department so excellent man management and fiscal awareness is required.

 

The successful food & beverage manager will be responsible for all food & beverage functions within the business, so previous experience dealing with multi-site operations is desirable.

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following;-

 

  • Previous food & beverage management experience within a 4/5 star background.
  • Sound financial awareness.
  • The ability to lead and motivate a varied, multi-facetted team.
  • A sound knowledge of all aspects of their department and the ability to show commercial awareness.
  • This role would suit a current Food & Beverage manager who is looking for a career challenge.
