IT Recuitment Manager / Director - Scotland Glasgow   Basic Package to £65k + Outstanding Benefits + Equity Potential

THE BUSINESS

JPA’s client, a rapidy expanding Financial Services and IT recuitment company requires a senior Manager or Director from IT recruitment to oversee the development of their office in Glasgow. With head office in England this company specialise in placing professionals into blue chip, multi-national and corporate organisations. Due to ambitious expansion plans into Scotland as the result of several major blue chip account wins, they are seeking a talented individual to head up their operations north of the border.

THE JOB        

Based in Glasgow you will be responsible for the overall growth and long-term development of a new city centre office. You will mange several large financial services accounts and be tasked with generating new income streams across IT and accountancy recruitment. You will be expected to quickly establish a team of 5-10 consultants who will service the existing key accounts and source new business revenue. If successful in the role you will have the opportunity of company ownership.

THE CANDIDTE

You will be a senior IT recruitment manager/director. You will have evidence of managing and developing successful teams of professional services recruitment consultants. Ideally you will have taken a new brand or start up agency to market and overseen significant new business wins.

THE PACKAGE

For you talents you will receive an outstanding compensation package including a basic salary up to £62k + potential retainer + profit related bonus + car or car allowance + 28 days plus stats annual leave + Pension, Healthcare, Gym.
