An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist/Administrator to join the secretarial team. The successful candidate will provide a professional and customer focussed reception service. As part of the team, the candidate will provide general administrative support to the wider company through distributing mail, faxes and photocopying as well as assisting with servicing meeting rooms, and co-ordinating departmental stock. The applicant will be based between reception and the secretarial department on an alternating basis.
The successful candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Applicants will be proficient in using Microsoft Packages. Providing a high level of service to both our internal and external customers is key to the role. Flexibility and strong organisation skills are essential to allow for prioritising of work within the team.
The hours will be Monday to Friday 0930 hours to 1730 hours.
