Teaching hospitality and catering subjects across a range of vocational courses, you should be qualified to degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject and have experience of working within the hospitality/catering sector. Main teaching areas would be Professional Cookery to HNC/HND levels. Previous experience of working with students within a classroom and kitchen environment is desirable and you must be flexible, with excellent communication and team working skills.
