Looking for the next step in your career? Look no further! Avance Group are currently expanding our operation in the West of Scotland and are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our existing team.

Reporting to the HR Consultant you will become an integral part of the team and be actively involved in all areas of HR and outsourced payroll administration. This will include:

Filing
Set up disciplinary hearings
Reference requests
Updating and Auditing HR system
Daily Rota check
Opening HR Mail
Answering the absence line
Administer new starter and leaver process
Co-ordinate Pension meetings
Ad-hoc reporting

Ad-hoc administration

Absence Management

As an individual you will have drive and enthusiasm, be an excellent team player and have good communication skills as you will be liaising with people at all levels within the organisation. You must be PC literate and have excellent Word and Excel skills coming from a similar background with HR Administration - experience of payroll would be beneficial although full training will be provided.
