This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful wholesale cash & carry business. We are looking for an assertive and effective communicator with a “can do” attitude. Your role will incorporate recruitment, training, dealing with staffing rotas for up to 40 employees, working within budget restraints and requires knowledge of employment legislation with regard to discipline/grievance procedures. You should have the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and organizational skills, and requires extensive knowledge of general merchandising within a large retail environment.
