PA/Team Administrator
Part-time, 18.5 hours per week

In this busy and varied role, you will provide PA and administrative support to staff located within Housing Investment Division’s Highlands & Islands office in Inverness. Your duties will include processing invoices and payments, document scanning, photocopying and filing, switchboard/reception cover, processing mail, responding to ad hoc enquiries, maintaining spreadsheets and databases, organising travel and facilities management.
You must have good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload. You must also be able to demonstrate proficiency in the use of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. A good level of numeracy is also essential, as are excellent teamworking and communication skills.
Ideally you should have experience dealing with organisations and administrative duties for facilities and event management. Familiarity with financial and record management systems would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.
You must hold a minimum of 5 SCE Standard or Ordinary Grades including English and a subject which clearly indicates competency in figure work such as Mathematics, Accounting and Finance, Arithmetic and Book-keeping.
Standard Grades – only grades 1, 2 and 3 are acceptable.
Ordinary Grades – only grades A, B and C (1, 2 and 3) are acceptable.
Other educational qualifications equivalent to these may also be acceptable.
