Salary: £24,701 (rate from August 09)

As the UK/BA Level 1 User you will manage the Sponsorship Management System for Tier 4, in accordance with UK/BA regulations. You will also be responsible for the issue of Certificates of Sponsorship. Other duties include providing information on immigration and college programmes and assisting in the recruitment of international students.

To apply for this post, you will be educated to HND level or equivalent and/or be able to demonstrate previous relevant experience in a similar role. You will have experience of working in a busy administrative role and have a good understanding of the needs of people from diverse cultural backgrounds. You must have a good working knowledge of MS Office and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills together with an awareness of issues relating to equality and inclusion. Experience of UK/BA Sponsorship Management System is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
