Payroll Administrator Ayr   Circa £16k

Large manufacturing organisation based in North Ayrshire has an excellent opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join their HR team.

Day to day duties will include:

Processing all aspects of pay

Preparing paperwork for issue to employees

Inputting data direct to the system and/or passing appropriate information to the pay centre

Interpreting pay data received from managers and advise on a number of different types of payments including call-outs, change of shift and other circumstances.

Processing agency timesheets.

Administering the recruitment and selection process within the business

Co-ordinating work placement opportunities within the business.

Handling all aspects of training administration within the business, including provision of course information to managers/employees, organising on Site and external training, updating of training records, issuing training records for validation to employees

Administering Company Schemes/Systems

Dealing with enquiries, some of a sensitive nature, from outside agencies, e.g. Inland Revenue, credit companies, in line with the Data Protection Act. Explain implication of such enquiries to employees, e.g. Arrestment of Wages.

Providing admin support to Company HR initiatives.
