Our client an Award winning hotel are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to run the day to day operations and push the standards within section.
This is a tremendous opportunity for a Pastry Chef to join this talented brigade of chefs. You will be responsible for producing high quality desserts, breads, petit fours and all other manner of pastries for the hotel.
You will already be a proven Pastry Chef with good experience of working within high quality kitchens. You will need to have a positive and enthusiastic attitude and possess strong knowledge of working with fresh local produce, as well as have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage the pastry section.
The Salary on offer is up to £20,000 per annum + Benefits.
