A beautiful country house hotel & spa on the stunning Isle of Arran are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their management team, the role will encompass all aspects of the running of the restaurant operation including staff training and supervision, stock control and ordering, health and safety and liaison with senior members of the management team. As restaurant manager you will be expected to maintain the high standards within the restaurant and ensure that the highest possible levels of customer service are achieved at all times.

The position of Restaurant manager benefits from live in accommodation charged at a weekly rate.

 You will receive a salary of £20,000 + Bonus + benefits!
