A part-time finance assistant position has become available at a voluntary organisation based in Glasgow. The role is initially for 3 months, with the possibility of a further 6 months extension if the initial assignment is successful.
Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will have strong bookkeeping and Sageline 50 experience. Applicants without Sageline 50 working knowledge will not be considered for this role.
The main duties and responsibilities include:
Processing all invoices - sales and purchase onto the system
Journal entries
All aspects of accounts to trial balance
Assisting with management accounts and collating information for senior management reports
Liaising with both internal and external customers
Assisting with the fundraising database and other 'ad-hoc' duties as and when required
The successful candidate will be immediately available.
