Our client, a major UK mortgage administration company require Credit Management people to join their expanding team within the Glasgow operation. The role will be primarily outbound, making calls to existing customers to ensure control over the levels of debt. The recent impact of the credit crunch has seen more people fall behind on repayments of outstanding debts, therefore the role requires people who come from a strong telephone based collections or sales background who thrive on working within a pressured environment. The role requires flexibility over 35 hours per week between 8.30am - 8.30pm including weekend working.
