Insolvency Lawyer - New role Edinburgh   £Depend on Experience

Eden Scott's client are a contemporary, progressive law firm with offices based centrally in Edinburgh. Due to continued growth within the firm and the Insolvency section, they now have a requirement for an additional person to join the highly successful team.

The Role:

• Working within a large team you will have a mixed caseload of working on own cases and working with others on larger more complex client cases
• Advising a variety of clients on their rights and responsibilities when financial difficulties arise
• You will cover many aspects of insolvency related work and may be involved in any of the following: advising on insolvency procedures,  disposal of insolvent business, pre-insolvency diligence, debt restructuring, insolvency litigation, asset realisation, challengeable transactions and ranking and adjudication of claims in insolvency - this is just some of the main areas to be covered but the work will cover additional areas of insolvency related work  

The Candidate:

• You will be an experienced insolvency lawyer with an impeccable track record and will have client contacts to take with you 
• All levels of qualified insolvency lawyers will be considered from Assistant to Partner level as the role and salary will reflect knowledge and experience
