Do you are like a challenge and have proven experience in the finance sector in the movement of large volume payrolls, in excess of 200?

• Project management within the accountancy & finance sector, scoping options, setting budgets, identifying key actions to deliver the agreed outcomes - and making it happen.
• Coaching and training skills from the accountancy & finance sector.
• Change management, making sure that the structured actions being taken are seen in the context of the cultural change required in the organisation and that the people charged with making the change happen are equipped and ready to do so.
• Have an analytical approach to problem solving.
• Show excellent organisational skills in a high-pressured environment.
• Show initiative and be open to new ideas.
• Able to remain calm and objective under pressure.
• Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
