THE COMPANY: Our client provides bespoke business services for the corporate market throughout Scotland and the UK. This organisation still has the ‘family' feel about it but is expanding rapidly, even in these turbulent times. They are an innovative, forward thinking company who have cemented themselves as a leading provider in Scotland. Clients include HBoS, Scottish Water and SEPA.

THE ROLE: Your role will be to establish a network of contacts within the mid to corporate sector, with most of your time being on business development. Although the role is non management, the successful candidate will be given an opportunity to move to a Sales Managers position in the short to medium term. For the right person there will also be options to move into the partnership. You must be experienced in and excel at sourcing and winning new business. My client is looking for a hunter, although they do not want the stereotypical aggressive sales person, you should win and close your business subtly. This industry tends to have a longer lead time so a structured and professional approach to sales as well as a mature, hard working outlook is essential.


THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary - £25,000 to £40,000
Commission/Bonus – Yr 1 £60,000-£70,000(no cap, bonus is paid on all sales)
Car or Car Allowance
Benefits – Generous Benefits Package
