JohnstonGreer has been retained by this highly regarded and respected insurance organisation who provide technical support across the full range of domestic and commercial claims. Due to continued growth, they require an experienced team leader to provide support and mentoring to a team of claims handlers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and giving technical advice to the team of administrators dealing with both domestic and commercial claims. You will have the technical prowess to investigate and analyse complex queries and tasks, compile team statistics and present these to senior management.
The successful applicant will receive a salary of up to £28,500 plus benefits. You will currently be operating within a senior capacity within the general insurance industry. Additionally you will have excellent communication and leadership skills and wish to further your career in this area.
