Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital are looking for customer service focussed candidates with previous reception experience.
This is a permanent 37.5hrs a week position for the Main Reception area. You will be working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis between the hours of 7am and 10pm. Weekend work is included however this will be approximately 1 in 4 only.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Meeting and greeting patients and customers, answering a busy switchboard and administrative tasks when required.
Skills Required:
A high standard of customer service, switchboard experience, excellent IT & communication skills, medical terminology or healthcare environment experience is advantageous.
