HR Consultancy are working with a leading business services organisation based in the Falkirk area. Due to continued business growth they are now recruiting for a Trainee Payroll Administrator to join their busy Payroll team.
To be considered for this role you will already be working in an office based environment with strong administration skills and some exposure to payroll related tasks. Study towards or completion of a payroll related course would also be considered. You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Payroll specialists to process multiple payrolls
- Input of payroll information to payroll system
- Distribution of payslips and reports
- Sorting incoming payroll related mail
- General administration duties to assist the payroll team
