Credit Controller/Debt Advisor/Collection Agent Glasgow   £18000-£22000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Controller/Debit Advisor to join a true market leader, and develop within this highly successful organistation. 

Based with the Credit Control/Debit management team you will be responsible for the collection of payment for outstanding payments and invoices. You will also advise a wide range of customers on various schemes as well as recommending payment arrangements and alternative products to match their day to day budgets and finances.

The ideal candidate will have extensive credit control/debt recovery experience; you will use your skills to achieve performance targets, using sound judgement where appropriate to ensure actions taken do not cause any adverse customer reaction. 

You will be based at home, however, it is essential that you are flexible – making several visits at each property, where required.

A full driving licence is also essential along with excellent communication skills and the customer service skills to be polite and well mannered coupled with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
