Corporate Finance Manager Edinburgh   £40000 - £50000 per annum

My client, a leading Financial Services Institution, is looking for a Corporate Finance Manager

You will support senior colleagues on complex transactions or play a lead role on smaller deals.

Through this role you will:
•Transaction valuation and evaluation
•Critique of and assistance in presentation of the business case
•Negotiation and execution advice
•Management of due diligence
•Project management
•Guidance and advice on Group procedures
•You must possess in-depth experience of M&A transactions gained either in an M&A advisory role or within a similar in-house corporate development team.

Required Experience:
•You will be qualified chartered accountant and have specialist knowledge of the financial services sector
•Strong M&A experience. You must be able to demonstrate the following:
•Strong academic achievement
•Technical ability, particularly in relation to valuation and corporate finance issues
•Ability to communicate and influence management
•Project management experience, operating to tight deadlines
•Strategic insight and commercial awareness
•Appreciation of corporate law as it impacts M&A work

You will be rewarded with:
•Up to £50,000 plus bens (DOE)
