Technical Services Scientist Ayrshire North   £28000 - £33000 per annum

Our client is an established and growing scientific organsiation supplying products and specialised services to health care clients world wide. They are looking for a Technical Services Scientist to join their team based in Ayrshire. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, key responsibilities will include:

•Provide technical and quality assurance information to customers and vendors regarding product applications, quality and manufacturing processes
•Manage product and service complaints and general cell culture techniques
•Lead investigations to design and conduct experiments that address product issues
•Recommend improvement ideas and lead process improvement projects

Candidates:

•Degree qualified in a Chemical or Biological Sciences discipline
•4 years experience working in a similar position with proven experience of managing customer complaints
•Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
