As a preferred supplier of choice we have been ask by one of the UK's leading financial service organisations to source customer service consultants for their customer service centre based in the heart of Lanarkshire.
So what do we need from you as a potential candidate?
Will you pass a credit check?
Do you have previous call and contact centre experience (min 6 months)?
Are you able to listen to customers, identify opportunities and then offer the best solution to their needs?
