Acquisition and Retention Manager - Retail Banking
Acquisition and Retention Manager required by a leading retail financial services company to manage and develop customer opportunities for the insurance business.
Key responsibilities:
- To develop and deliver acquisition and retention strategies for Insurance products
- Review the marketing strategy to ensure delivery of market leading customer propositions and campaign delivery in line with key objectives and agreed budget
- To design and drive implementation of cross sell and up sell strategies
- To deliver the best possible product propositions for customers in line with the agreed business strategy
For this commercially focused marketing role it is essential that you have a strong product management background gained within financial services
