This is an excellent opportunity to join thriving global organisation. As Sourcing Specialist, you are responsible for the management of a range of operational project and category purchasing spend (range £10 - £15million). Creating and implementing sourcing plans and strategies delivering optimum cost and service improvement for the allocated projects/categories. Act as a support role to the Sourcing Managers for the higher spend, more strategic categories.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience of IT sourcing is essential (Hardware &/or Software)
- Experience in supporting development of best of breed purchase contracts
- Experience in the use of leading edge procurement processes in a non-mandated environment
- Demonstrable success in supporting or delivering lowest total cost of ownership sourcing solutions
