All commission earned up to the final working day of each calendar month will be paid to the Agent by the 5th working day of the following month.

The successful candidate will be responsible for his or her own payments to HMRC for Income Tax and National Insurance and also responsible for all their own personal expenses and VAT Registration

The office will provide the following: Full IT hardware and software support Office Phone, Desktop Computer, E-Mail, Internet, Fax, Printer & Copier. All sufficient office materials & resources to complete day-to-day work. Web Advertising for Properties on PortalsWork Requirements Your duties will be to run the letting business including; Sourcing Properties, Listing Properties, Showing Properties, Referencing Tenants, Inspecting Properties, Collecting and Managing Rent Payments, Dealing with Repairs and Contractors. Working Hours are totally flexible as you will be required to conduct viewings in the Evenings and Weekends – an element of working from home is also permitted (within Data Protection Act)Commission Rates Payable 50% of total revenue generated Let Only Income Part Management Income Full Management Income Income from Repair Uplift Insurance Commission Set Fees (Payable only if the appropriate fee is charged) £15 per tenant referenced (Assuming Tenant Charged) £100 per property let on part or full management £10 per charged item sold from the set fee price list (EPC’s, Gas Safety etc
