Indirect Tax Senior Manager / Director Glasgow

Indirect Tax Senior Manager / Director sought for the rapidly expanding Scottish VAT practice of this Big 4 firm of Chartered Accountants.

This role can be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow but you will have flexibility to work on relevant central belt clients as appropriate. In this role you will:

- Contribute to building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Managing the successful delivery of projects ensuring technical excellence and practical/business driven approaches.
- Being involved in the management of the team both in terms of strategy and operations and also through managing junior staff development and assignments.
- Contributing to business development

You will be a commercially aware, client focused Indirect Tax specialist with a strong understanding of indirect tax ramifications of commercial decisions. Developed communication, leadership, relationship management and team working skills are essential for this role.
