Fee Billing & Accounts Receivable Edinburgh   £8.50 per hour

Eden Scott's client is a well known Investment client based in Edinburgh with an urgent requirement for an experienced AR & Billing Associate.

• Completion of existing Control Logs operating within the Team
• Ensure all EMEA Fee Billing instructions are captured from communication source, ensuring all client events that impact billing are processed accordingly;
• Drafting invoices based on EMEA Fee Billing instruction using Advantage;
• Initial review of draft invoices;
• Excel based invoice production;
• Complete periodic reporting of Team work flow and audit trail reporting;
• Final invoice printing & collation
• Clean fee data
• Provide support to the Billing Team Manager across a wide range of team activities and functions

Work Experience

•  Minimum two years experience within the Financial Services industry; previous asset management billing experience helpful
• Exposure to a billing process and controls environment
