Transactions Finance Manager – 3 to 4 Month Contract Glasgow   Circa £30,000 - £34,000

My client are a leading blue chip organisation and have a requirement for a Finance Manager to come onboard initially for a fixed term for 3 to 4 months to cover a busy area over the summer months.

This role has responsibility for managing a small team of 3 staff, and will oversee a team focussing on client transactions and managing payments.  You will have prior experience within a finance team leader role, and will be confident within a high volume transactional environment.

You will be responsible for preparing and analysing data and reports from various systems, and for handling sensitive and confidential information. Reconciling figures or information from various sources, and ensuring completeness and accuracy within the team, whilst following-up discrepancies or omissions, you will manage responsibility for annual transactions and payments of circa £25million.

You will ideally be a qualified accountant, or will be at finalist level, with previous managerial experience.

You should be available to commence this role immediately, with a start date of early July.
