Role description

As Store Manager you will be required to lead your brand to success through sales, service, development and training of you staff. As brand ambassador in this store, you will lead by example, and shine as a manager. You will have a small team of staff to train and develop, and you will be in full control of rotas, wages and training.

My client is looking for a strong Retail Manager, or existing assistant manager with exposure to the fashion industry. Trend knowledge is key as sales are based on product knowledge and service. You must be a team player as well as a leader, and be able to motivate people and drive them to success.
