Our client is a large financial organisation based in the South Side of Glasgow. They are currently recruiting for a part time telephone collector to work in their busy and fast pace environment.
Your role as a Telephone Collector will be to contact debtors to discuss reasons for non-payment.
Responsibilities
- Contacting debtors on a day to day basis
- Finding out reasons for non payment
- Negotiating payment plans
Skills & Experience
- Previous collections experience or a very strong sales background is essential
- Working to targets within a pressurised environment
- Negotiating and persuasive skills
Hours of work
21 - 23 hours per week working evenings and/or weekends.
