Working within the Marketing team, you will have the responsibility for the content management of our clients online portal.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Quality, relevance & consistency checks of content provided by content creators within specified SLA’s
  • Optimisation of content coverage ensuring adequate and current representation of all key business functions
  • Ensure key portal targets are met and maintained
  • Proactively identify content opportunities and ensure alignment with business priorities
  • Maintain strong relationships with counterparts in other countries, local Solutions Partner Organisation (SPO) team & relevant Business Units
  • Continuous review and improvement of Partner satisfaction
  • Drive marketing plans to increase awareness and usage of the portal both externally and internally
  • User testing of new releases

Skills

  • Exceptional relationship management & communication skills
  • Self motivated with strong personal time management & prioritisation skills
  • Strong attention to detail with good editorial skills
  • Good analytical & evaluation skills
  •  Planning and some project management skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a remote team
  • Computer literate (Adobe Photoshop & Microsoft Excel experience is an advantage)
  • Marketing or Business qualification
