Health Spot provides educational health services to people aged 12-25 in the South East of Glasgow. We are currently in the process of further developing a service which will allow 2 x Streetworkers to provide direct street based drug and alcohol interventions. This work will take place in conjunction with the Addictions Officer in the Castlemilk area. We require personable, motivated and committed individuals with experience of Streetwork with young people to facilitate these interventions. A background in drugs and/or alcohol issues would be advantageous.
Nights: Thursday, Friday & Saturday
Hours: 7.00pm – 11.00pm
Salary*: £12.50 per hour (irregular hours face to face Streetwork)
£7.50 per hour (regular hours monitoring and evaluation reports)
These hours could be subject to change.
*A pay and grading review is currently underway, as a consequence this salary may change.
