Director of Student Experience & Enhancement Services Glasgow   circa £70k per annum

The University of Strathclyde is seeking an exceptional Director to lead a newly formed Directorate covering all aspects of student facing services including Registry, Student Support and Careers. You will be responsible for the strategic leadership and direction of these services and will have the opportunity to personally shape the University's approach towards enhancing the quality of all aspects of the student experience at Strathclyde.

You will have substantial management and leadership experience in a relevant field within Higher Education with a track record of implementing and managing change which has a proven impact on organisational results. With exceptional communication, negotiating and influencing skills, you will demonstrate the ability to provide dynamic leadership at a time of transformational organisational change and have a clear commitment to enhancing the student experience.
